Consequences

You ever do something, knowing the consequences, that you think you might regret? You think it through, up one side and down the other. You know all the possible pitfalls. They out-weigh the benefits 100 to 1.

You think it over some more. You discuss your concerns. You know it's a bad idea for so many reasons, and yet... you go ahead.

Of all the consequences you can imagine, the one that haunts you wasn't on that list. In fact, you had convinced yourself that THAT couldn't happen.

And yet, given the chance and knowing the outcome, you'd do it all over again....

I have no idea what you did; but if you feel it was worth the price, you have to concentrate on that and move on as best you can. I hope it all works out.

Many years ago a very wise elderly woman once told me, "I've never regretted anything I did, only the things I didn't do." I think those are words to live by. We learn from our mistakes.

If you think you can post something like this and then not say more well....I don't think so. I know a big group of diva like ladies that will hound you....until you spill the story.
